Who knew there you could go on an African safari in Northern California? We had heard about Safari West a few times from friends but hadn’t looked into it until recently. Just outside of Santa Rosa, it was the perfect destination for us to take Mom for her birthday. Giraffes, cheetahs, rhinos, Cape buffalo and lemurs!
