I corrected my ciabatta mistake from <a href=\"http:\/\/anirama.com\/100loaves\/loaf-90-ciabatta-for-gifts\/\">Loaf 90<\/a>, and proofed these loaves for an hour on a well floured breadboard before flipping them over onto parchment paper for a second hour of proofing. They went into the oven after that.<\/p>\n<p>They came out beautifully, and I have to trust the crumb came out even this time. I didn&#8217;t get to see the insides because I didn&#8217;t bake extra loaves for us, as we&#8217;re still eating leftover loaves.<br \/>\n\n\t\t<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t\t\t#gallery-1
