The upside of that is that we got to keep the bread. <\/p>\n<p>I wasn&#8217;t happy with the way Loaves 91 came out, which were made at the same time as these, but these loaves came out very nice. I have never gotten &#8220;ears&#8221; from oven pop with my 9 grain bread, so I couldn&#8217;t tell if these had the same issues as the other loaves.
