No big news here &#8211; it was easy to get back in the saddle again and make a nice loaf. The texture seemed a bit lighter than I remember it, and it didn&#8217;t have quite as much flavor as usual &#8211; I think I went a bit light on the salt.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1685\"
