The List

People (you know who you are) have been asking for particular types of bread. It goes something like this:

“Is [bread] on your list?”

“Yep.”

After doing this a few times I realized I better have an actual list. So here it is.

• Baguettes
• Banneton shaped bread
• A good wheat bread for sandwiches
• Sourdough
• Dutch crunch
• Cinnamon rolls
• Knotted dinner rolls
